With its beautiful art and creative vibe, Art & Soul is the perfect environment for us to drop in, play, express, and feel our power.

No experience is needed – this is a space for every voice. Songs will be taught in a gentle call-and-response style, making it easy for everyone to join in, connect, and enjoy the harmony of singing together. We sing songs that are both uplifting and grounding, exploring themes like connection to nature, lineage, womb magic, and remembrance.
